为深入探讨文明对话语境下的国际艺术教育实践成果，汇聚中外艺术师生与行业学者，围绕领域议题开展深度交流，凝聚国际艺术教育发展共识，进一步拓展中外人文交流渠道。本次会议以“文明对话与艺术合作”为主题，围绕世界文明艺术创作，中、意、法艺术教育路径与发展进行探讨，立足当下世界格局中艺术的碰撞与合作契机，展现山东艺术的发展现状与教育合作成果，搭建跨国界高端学术与艺术研讨平台，汇聚中外艺术与教育领域专家学者，聚焦文明对话与艺术合作，开展艺术与教育领域多维度、全场景、深度融合的学术探讨与成果交流。
